U-Pack's Top 10 iPhone & iPad Property Apps Released

If you're moving to a new home— or really, if you're not, but just need some good ole' fashioned help with organization— U-Pack Moving just released a top 10 list of the Best iPhone and iPad property apps.
 
This is good stuff folks.

I'm a proud iPhone owner, and just finished uploading a few of these.  In case you're wondering…my top picks are MyTown, a property management game that's similar to Monopoly. You get to buy real-life businesses/buildings in your own town…and it's free! 

My 2nd favorite has to be Houzz Interior Design Ideas.  If you've been to my house more than once, chances are it's looked different each time. I LOVE to move things around, re-decorate, etc.…you know, all the stuff my husband loves (insert sarcasm). This cool little app is free and gives tons of photos with design ideas and decorating tips. It even suggests contractors and designers in your area.

My other fave? #9 on the list— iOwe.  I use it to manage bills (not so much what I lend to other people, like the U-Pack list suggests, since that's not something I ever do). 

Since I'm not in the process of moving, the others don't apply to me right now, but I can totally see how they would be beneficial for someone in the market for a new home. Especially the #1 pick, My Mortgage Mentor, and the #2 pick, Knight Frank Property Search.  

It's too bad I don't have an iPad, because I would definitely get The Family Handyman Magazine (for my husband, of course). And what? Garden Planner HD. How awesome is that?

So I repeat…This is good stuff! You should definitely check it out.
