Who's Paying for Your Job Relocation?

If you're considering a new job with a new company, or considering a transfer within your current company, and it involves a long-distance move, often one of the deciding factors is the relocation package.  Who's paying for your move?  When you consider the cost of a cross-country, full-service move, getting some (if not all) of it paid for can be the difference in a ’yes' or a ’no'.
